General Policies
C-O-H-N Membership: Since our Host Homes are private residences, membership in the Clothing Optional Home Network is required to stay at our Host Homes. A nominal $10 membership fee will be billed annually at the time of your reservation.
Clothing Optional ‐ We realize our guests want choices and that is why we are clothing optional. Our philosophy is based on common sense. If it is cool in the evening, you are welcome to wear clothes. You have the freedom to wear a shirt, cover‐up or bathrobe. You have the option to wear something when you eat a meal. If this is your first time at a clothing optional resort, you may wear something until you are more comfortable. Nudists are also very happy because they can be nude 100% of the time.
Conduct: We do subscribe to the AANR Priciples and Standards of conduct. Please enjoy our Host Homes and treat other guests and your hosts in an appropriate manner. To make C-O-H-N pleasurable destinations for all, we reserve the right to ask a guest to leave if they act inappropriately after a friendly warning.
Check-in/Check-out Times: Generally check-in is at 1PM, Check-out is at 11AM. Please check with your Host prior to arrival to confirm the time you can arrive.
Age Restrictions: Most of our Host Homes are not childproofed and, therefore, guests under 18 must be approved by the Host prior to making a reservation.
Guests Per Room: Maximum of 2 people per guest suite at all Host Homes.
Early Check Outs: There is no refund for checking out earlier than the number of days agreed on at time of booking.
No Smoking: Depending on the location, interior and grounds are SMOKE-FREE unless approved by the Host(s).
Pet Policy: Depending on the location, some locations accept pets but must be approved by the Hosts prior to your stay. See the location page for more details on each host home.
Parking: Complimentary parking is provided. NO RV’s, U-Hauls, moving vans, trailers or large trucks allowed at most locations. Ask your Host(s) for details.
Reservation Deposit: For reservations made prior to 30 days of arrival, a 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation, with the balance due 15 days before arrival. If the reservation is made 30 or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is required.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be in writing or via E Mail. If cancellation is made prior to 30 days of arrival date, a $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from your deposit; if less than 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total deposit is forfeited; if less than 15 days prior to arrival, the total deposit is forfeited. If we are able to re‐book the days you are cancelling, there will be no penalty.
Re-scheduling of a stay will be addressed on an individual basis.
