You'll be in luxury surroundings in the recently remodeled home that features gorgeous outdoor living with a glistening heated pool and sunbathing areas.  You'll be able to enjoy the sunshine...naturally...by the pool or slip on a coverup to lounge by the canal on the dock! Privacy is assured as the single guest suite makes this your own personal retreat!

How to Get There:

Fly into Ft. Lauderdale airport where you can make the short drive to Blue Water Bay, or arrange for your hosts to pick you up for a nominal fee.

The hosts spent 9 months desiging and planning the remodel of their home to create a paradise for our guests! All areas of the home are appointed with luxury touches and finishes to make you feel like the very special guests you are! The outdoor areas are especially elegant and comfortable with the beautiful pool, sunning areas and outdoor living area. This will be one unforgettable experience!!

Guest Suite:

King Size Bed with Quality Linens are just the start! The private bath features dual head shower and dual sinks plus a walk-in closet! An exterior door gives you direct acccess to the outdoor living area and pool. 

Amenities:

Private heated pool with travertine paver deck, chaise lounge chairs, umbrellas, outdoor dining & pool floats.

Outdoor living area with sofas, 2 club chairs, 55" tv, ceiling fans and large dining table for dining al fresco!

Fresh herb garden that is used to prepare meals. 

2 Outdoor BBQ grills. 

Side yard for shaded enjoyment or to play ourdoor games like bocce ball or corn hole!

A private dock on the canal to dip your toes in the water or try your hand at fishing with the fishing poles provided for your use.

Bicycles to use to cruise the area.

Paddleboards to use in the canal.

Non-nude area by the canal with Adirondak chairs where you can watch the boats go by, see the fish jumping or just enjoy the fabulous sunsets.

Internet access and Wi-Fi is available at no charge.

Breakfast*:
Every morning a hot breakfast will be served, usually in the Outdoor Dining area.  There is no set time, you tell us when youʹd like it and weʹll have it ready for you!  We brew fresh premium coffee daily and serve healthy portions to start your day off right!

Some guest favorites include:

• Floridian Egg Casserole or Bountiful Brunch Pizza consisting of potatoes, eggs, cheddar cheese, sauteed red/green bell peppers and onions, served with freshly sliced fruit, breakfast bread of the day, juice and hot coffee!
• Ham & Egg Rolled Omelet served with freshly sliced fruit, breakfast bread of the day, juice and hot coffee!
• Berry or Apple Puffed Pancake served with bacon or sausage, juice and hot coffee!
• Buttermilk Pancakes or French Toast with maple syrup, served with bacon, freshly sliced fruit, juice and hot coffee!Continental breakfast or oatmeal available upon request.
